About Us
Children’s Dental Health Association was founded in 1952 with a straightforward purpose: make sure every child in San Diego has access to quality dental care. That purpose has not changed. Our clinic, our school programs, and our training academy all exist because we believe oral health is inseparable from a child’s ability to learn, grow, and thrive.
Care that puts children first.
Good dental care is about more than teeth. It is about a child who can eat without pain, focus in school, and smile without embarrassment. Our team understands that. We take time with every patient, and we have built a practice where children feel safe and parents feel respected. We accept Medi-Cal and have bilingual staff on-site, because the families who need us most should never face a barrier getting through our door.

Behind our Golden Hill clinic is a team of skilled, caring professionals who show up for the same families, year after year. Families who grew up as our patients now bring their own children through our doors. That kind of continuity is not accidental.
